Javra Software was founded in 1999 in The Netherlands. In 2006 Javra Nepal was founded and at the beginning of 2022, Javra Portugal became a nearshore branch of Javra Software B.V.

Meanwhile, with more than one-hundred employees, we are able to serve customers from all over the world with our innovative IT services and products. 

To join our innovative team we would like to invite applicants who have extensive knowledge in selling and marketing e-commerce platform applications and any other trending technologies-based solutions (PIMcore, Magento). 

Because of the fast growth of our organization, we are looking for a Commercial Assistant Sales & Customer Service right away. In this function within our organization, you are an important key in the communication between the customer and the different departments. Within Javra Software Netherlands, Nepal and Portugal you will support our CEO diligently.

Core tasks:

• Maintaining contacts and relations
• Taking care of inquiries from potential and existing customers
• Taking care of commercial activities
• Creating quotations and monitoring it’s follow-up
• Carry out and follow up planning and processing
• Keeping the database of the relationship management system up to date
• Creating salesreports
• Handling requests for information

What we expect from you:

You are a commercial and driven team player with determination. You are result-oriented and you have a good sense of delivering advice and service. You have some years of commercial work experience, preferably in a similar industry. You also possess a proactive attitude and you can see possible obstacles as a challenge. You must think and act customer-oriented, whereby it is very important that you don’t cross the interests of the organization. Your tasks will be both supportive and executive and will bring responsibilities to certain customers with that. The work activities are for a part routine-based and are carried out in accordance with quality procedures and system requirements. Given the fact of our international character, you must have a good command of the English language.
