Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who has excellent knowledge of eCommerce platforms, who is a creative content writer and has outstanding communication/ negotiation skills to join our team. You will be responsible for creating the company’s digital marketing business strategy with the aim of promoting products and solutions to drive increased sales.
One of our main business focus is Pimcore, a growing and complete platform which we believe is one of the most important products in digital transformation in the years to come. Therefore, in this function within our organization, you will play a key role in the communication between the prospects, pimcore, solution providers and the different departments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze e-commerce trends and develop, execute online marketing strategies to drive more sales.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including content/blogs/whitepapers writing and maintain/manage social media and website of company.
- Apply SEO practices to drive more website visits to create potential leads and convert them to sales.
- Timely follow up with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
- Conduct and co-ordinates to set up demo of company’s products, services, and solutions.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting reports.
- Creating quotations, commercial contracts and negotiation to finalize them.
- Liaison with pimcore and other solutions providers to take necessary actions to upscale the partnership programs and manage commercial agreements to generate more leads.
Skills and Requirements
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-Commerce website builders (e.g. magento, pimcore), product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
