Job Summary 

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with our brand identity and business goals. You should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, modern design trends, and web technologies. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Understand and convert broad requests or feedback from the marketing & product team into polished, clear, and clean design outputs. 

• Align regularly with the marketing, product and business team to understand the requirements, concepts and coverts that fresh concepts/idea into a brilliant design. 

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design architecture. 

• Deliver adaptable, responsive designs utilizing robust layouts and components while managing constraints like overflows, auto-layout wrapping, image scaling, and layout shifts. 

• Produce clean, structured Figma files using reusable components, variants, variables/styles, and exportable assets whenever required. 

• Create marketing assets, promotional banners, graphics using Canva or another similar tool when needed. 

• Design and create exceptional user interfaces for web applications, mobile and desktop with a strong focus on user experience. 

• Create and share design guidelines and best practices for the team to follow. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field (preferred). 

• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, web design, or digital product design. 

• Strong portfolio showcasing website design, UI/UX work, branding, and visual design projects. 

• Advanced knowledge of Figma including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff. 

• Prior working experience with Webflow and Framer is a must. 

• Experience with design and creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Canva, FigJam, Miro, or similar tools. 

• Good understanding of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. 

• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, responsive design principles, and modern frontend concepts to create implementation-ready designs and collaborate effectively with development teams. 

• Experience creating marketing graphics, banners, social media creatives, presentations, and promotional materials. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Product, Marketing, Business, and Development teams. 

Preferred Skills (Optional) 

• Knowledge of JavaScript for simple interactions. 

• Experience with motion design tools such as After Effects, Lottie, Principle, or Rive. 

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern design workflows. 

• Prior experience working with making video or motion design or animated assets is a plus.
