Responsibilities

As a Pimcore Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and customising the Pimcore platform. You will work closely with clients to ascertain their business needs and requirements, and then design and implement solutions that leverage Pimcore's full capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

It is essential to remain informed about existing, new and upcoming PimCore features.
Participate in regular webinars and training courses related to PimCore.
Prepare for webinars and training courses and prepare internal websites to demonstrate PimCore functionalities.
Liaise between customers and the internal technical team.
Analyse customers' needs and recommend the most appropriate PimCore solution.
Connect with customers to answer questions or provide advice.
Write proposals for clients to implement the solution.
Conduct PimCore workshops and webinars.
Support the testing and deployment of new products and features.
Document processes and configurations for future reference.
