In this role, you will contribute to shaping our brand's visual identity by creating impactful multimedia content, including video, animation, motion graphics, and graphic
design.

Responsibilities

1. Video Production and Animation

- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics for showcasing Javra's products, services, and initiatives. 

- Edit and optimize video content for diverse platforms, including websites, social media, and presentations. 

2. Graphic Design

- Create compelling visuals such as banners, brochures, infographics, and marketing assets to support campaigns and initiatives. 

- Design wireframes and mockups for digital projects with a focus on UI/UX principles. 

3. Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop visually engaging and cohesive multimedia materials. 

- Ensure consistency with Javra’s brand guidelines and storytelling objectives across all creative outputs. 

4. Innovation and Trend Awareness 

- Stay updated on trends, tools, and techniques in video production, animation, graphic design, and UI/UX to maintain cutting-edge creativity. 

- Propose and implement innovative design approaches for improving user engagement

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 2 years of working experience in video editing, animation, motion graphics, and graphic design.

Technical Proficiency:

- Video editing and animation: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Graphic design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- UI/UX tools: Figma or Sketch (knowledge required).
- Bonus: 3D design and animation tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
- Familiarity with audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Audition) and prototyping tools is an advantage.
