Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth with a strong focus on AI and the promotional market. This key role is ideal for a self-driven professional with a client-first mindset and a passion for innovative technology. The ideal candidate will play a critical part in promoting our cutting-edge products and services, driving sales from both existing clients and new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, deliver value-based solutions, and generate sustainable revenue growth.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to promote and generate revenue from AI Solutions and the visualization product.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching industry trends, networking, attending conferences, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Drive revenue growth from existing clients by identifying their evolving needs and aligning them with the organization’s products, services, and tailored solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding the client’s business needs and recommending suitable solutions within our business scope.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations that align with client objectives and budget considerations.
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, ensuring a win-win outcome.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
- Stay current with AI trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the B2B space.
- Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Business Development or a relevant field degree
- 8 years of experience in the sales field
- Proficiency in English (other language is a plus)
