Javra Software’s colleagues Hugo, Carlos, and Daniel recently embarked on an exciting and productive trip to the Netherlands, where they strengthened relationships with PF Concept, explored new projects, and enjoyed Dutch hospitality. Over the course of four days, they combined insightful discussions with cultural experiences, making this journey valuable.
Diving into Business at PF Concept
Monday marked the beginning of the official agenda. After enjoying a generous breakfast buffet at the hotel, the team was picked up by their colleague Manash and driven to PF Concept’s offices in South Holland. There, they finally met some of the colleagues they collaborate with daily, including Lian, Raymond, and Monique, as well as others they had never met in person before.
The day was filled with insightful discussions on PF Concept’s data processes, the role of Pimcore, and the importance of importers and exporters in managing data flows. The team also explored the need for better reporting tools to ensure smooth troubleshooting. One of the most exciting topics was the introduction of the PMT tool, designed to streamline SKU development in Pimcore.

Looking to the Future of PIM
Tuesday’s meetings focused on the future of PIM, diving into upcoming projects and innovative ideas. Discussions covered the Unity project, potential API integrations to improve communication between PolyPack and PIM, and the expansion of Javra Software’s PDF Generator, a dynamic drag-and-drop system with exciting new applications.
Final Meetings and a Heartfelt Farewell
The last day of the trip began with a visit to Javra Software’s office in Culemborg, where the team connected with their Netherlands-based colleagues. From there, they returned to PF Concept for their final round of meetings, this time focusing on the future of the Portal Engine. Currently used for displaying product images, the platform has great potential to showcase product data for PF customers, opening new possibilities for the future.
As the trip came to an end, the team was overwhelmed by the hospitality of their PF Concept colleagues. Thoughtfully prepared gift baskets with handwritten notes were a touching farewell gesture. Special thanks were extended to Manash for his incredible support, ensuring smooth logistics throughout the visit.

A Trip to Remember
This visit was much more than just business—it was about deepening relationships, exchanging ideas, and creating lasting memories. The knowledge gained and connections made will undoubtedly shape future collaborations between Javra Software and PF Concept. The team returned home with renewed enthusiasm, eager to put their insights into action and continue building on the strong foundation of this partnership.
