Let’s start with Brizesh who is one of the Project Manager at Javra Netherlands.  

Brizesh was born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal, but eight years ago has moved to the Netherlands for a new adventure. Brizesh has a degree in Business Computing and IT, which he obtained from Singapore in 2009. Also, in early 2023, he graduated from a Masters in Business Administration in Rotterdam. 

Did you know that his career journey in Javra Software started in 2009 as a Progress trainee? Yeah, that is right! He joined the company as a fresh Software Developer. After his initial experience, Brizesh worked on a few small projects until he was given the opportunity to work on the GIP project. Thanks to his effort and dedication, as well as some sleepless nights, he was promoted to Business Analyst and later to Application Manager in Javra's Kathmandu office. 

In 2016, our colleague moved to the Netherlands for a new role as a Service Manager. After two years, he was promoted to Project Manager and since then, he has been managing various projects for Javra's customers alongside his colleagues from the three offices. 

When not at work, Brizesh turns into a real traveller as he loves to see new places. During the weekends, he enjoys reading a good book as well as satisfying his cravings for his hometown food by cooking Nepali cuisine.

Meet Manash Shrestha, our second Project Manager at Javra Netherlands. 

A certified Product Owner with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Application, Manash's journey in the tech world began in 2004 as a web designer. Since joining Javra Nepal in August 2006, Manash has worked in a variety of roles and areas, mainly front-end, delivery and team management. 

In 2018, he took up a new challenge by moving to Javra Software Netherlands where he is currently thriving as a dedicated Project Manager. Manash truly believes that Javra is not just a workplace, but a community of exceptional individuals. 

When it comes to his world outside of work, Manash can be found cooking, gardening, indulging in films, exploring new destinations, and cherishing moments with friends and family.
